Orihuela Costa...more than just a town!
The Orihuela Costa is a string of 11 wonderful sandy beaches and connecting coves stretching along Spain’s Mediterranean coast. With 320 days of sunshine a year and a very mild climate, it is one of the most popular destinations in Spain, as well as in Europe. The beaches have Blue Flag status, which testifies to their cleanliness and high class. Many of the beaches offer beach equipment hire, as well as delicious Mediterranean food, fresh fruit and other dishes from the many bars and restaurants.
Alicante airport 50 km and Valencia airport 240 km.
Near the Spanish town of Torrevieja, which is only 10 km away from Orihuela Costa, there are two salt lakes – a phenomenon on a global scale, a miracle of nature, a spa that soothes the skin, thyroid and lungs. An additional advantage of this place is that the lake takes on a wonderful pink colour. The region has been recognised by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places in the world.

Our apartment...
Our cosy apartment, which has recently been renovated and tastefully furnished, is located on the second floor of a two-storey typically Spanish building. It is located in a fenced and gated complex with an automatic gate and a large private parking area. The area forms part of an intimate estate (Res. Oleza Garden Village) which boasts beautiful gardens, two swimming pools (1.10m to 2.10m deep) open all year round, seating and sunbathing areas and beautiful surrounding greenery. Just 500 metres away is the charming cove “Playa Flamenca” which attracts local tourists. Less than 700 meters separates our estate from a well-known modern large shopping centre “La Zenia Boulevard”, where you can find many restaurants, cafes, shops and playgrounds for children. There is a supermarket “Mercadona” located 100m away.
Equipment
The Apartment consists of a large room with a kitchenette, a cosy bedroom and a toilet.
The large room has a comfortable sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs, high-speed internet (wi-fi), smart TV (so you can, after logging in with your data, watch movies from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc) with a basic package of TV channels. The large room is connected to a large balcony, which is sunny all day long and overlooks the pool and the beautiful greenery that surrounds us.
The kitchen is equipped with high-class kitchen appliances, namely: a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven with a microwave function and an induction hob. Additional equipment includes a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and all necessary utensils (coffee and dinner service, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses ).
Tea und Coffee ist also included.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, and a large wardrobe with an iron, an ironing board, beach chairs, etc.
The rooms have external blinds, mosquito nets and air conditioning.
The bathroom has a large shower with a rain shower and is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer.
A parking space is also included in the price of the apartment.
We always provide our guests with fresh linen and towels.
