These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions under which you can book the apartment presented on the websites:

Making an online reservation and a telephone reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations. Anyone who makes a reservation simultaneously accepts the provisions of these Regulations. Making a reservation means making an offer to conclude a rental agreement for this apartment and a declaration of payment of the deposit mentioned in point 8 of the Regulations.
1. The apartment is rented upon presentation of an identity card or passport.
2. Normally accommodation is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the person taking care of the apartment.
If you wish to check in or out at night, i.e., from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the apartment attendant has the right to charge an additional fee, payable on the spot in cash in the amount of:
2.1. Late check -in – accommodation after 10:00 p.m. – additional fee 20€.
2.2. Early check – out – check-out before 7.00 a.m. – additional fee 20€.
3. The client is obliged to inform the apartment caretaker, no later than 3 days before arrival, of the planned time of arrival/key collection. The apartment caretaker may attempt to contact you at any time to establish the planned arrival time.
4. The apartment attendant will not give keys to persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, or behaving aggressively, thus posing a threat to other customers or property.
5. On the day of arrival, during check-in, the customer agrees to provide the apartment attendant with a refundable deposit in the amount of €250 as security for any damage to the premises, damage to property, or leaving the apartment after the hour at which the stay ends.
The deposit is settled on the day of the customer’s departure and is returned if there is no material damage and the apartment is returned on time.
6. In special cases, the apartment attendant may need an additional 30 minutes to reach the client.
7. If the customer is unable to arrive at the pre-arranged time, he/she is obliged to immediately notify the apartment attendant by phone and arrange with her/him a new date to pick up the keys.
8. The number of days of stay is specified in the confirmation of the reservation, which is the payment of a deposit of 30% of the amount of the entire order. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the planned stay on the account of the owner of the apartment.
9. Conditions for cancellation of reservation:
9.1. In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the full amount of the rental is refundable.
9.2. In case of cancellation of the reservation between 59 and 45 days before the start of the date, 50% of the rental amount is refundable.
9.3. In case of cancellation less than 44 days before the start of the stay, the full rental amount is non-refundable.
The cleaning fee will be refunded in case of cancellation of the stay.
10. The customer is responsible for the persons staying with him in the apartment. Violation of the provisions of these Regulations by persons staying with the Client shall be charged to the Client.
11. The number of persons allowed to reside in the facility is limited to that stated in the apartment rental offer, posted on www.apartment-flamenca.com.
If the number of guests exceeds the number of persons specified in the offer, the apartment caretaker may refuse to issue keys to the apartment.
12. The client is obliged to immediately inform the apartment caretaker or the owner of the apartment of any damage and shortages found in the apartment, and to report any damage caused by him during his stay.
The equivalent of such damages and their removal shall be paid by the customer. The apartment caretaker or owner decides on the method of compensation.
13. From 00:00 to 7:00 a.m. curfew is in effect.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony but with the terrace door to the apartment closed.
15. Parking on the premises is free of charge.
16. The apartment, including furniture and other items in it, should be treated with care.
17. It is strictly forbidden to bring and stay pets in the apartment.
18. The swimming pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Before entering the pool, we kindly ask you to rinse in the shower, which is located at each pool.
19. The fee for opening the apartment door due to a lost or snapped key is 50€. These are the costs of the person taking care of the apartment.
20. Before leaving the apartment, please contact the apartment attendant to check the apartment and hand over the keys.
